Toralf has extensive experience in tort law, professional liability and general dispute resolution.

He has handled a number of cases concerning liability for professionals, including lawyers, estate agents, valuers, accountants and architects, and has extensive experience in board liability.

Toralf is considered to be a leader in the field of lawyer liability, where he has also written a book on the subject. He was also engaged by the Norwegian Bar Association in the work on a new law for lawyers, and he writes a regular column in Advokatbladet about lawyer liability.

Toralf also has extensive experience in real estate, contract law and labour law.

Toralf is a frequently used speaker, where he particularly lectures on professional responsibility. He has also taught at the University of Oslo, Treider College Oslo and BI Norwegian Business School.
